Week 9: Leadership clues

Reading an article named leader with small L, I was pondering of few characteristics that leaders could be a good father or mother or a good brother or sister. Is not necessary to understand the word leader as manager or president because in the world we have some kinds of leaders and all good leaders are based in the same principles like this case the first example said that they have to lead by example and this is true in all kind of leaders.

The other two principles were lead with vision and lead with love which have application in all kind of leadership no matter what. Other clue I have learned this week is about places of preparation like colleges or universities which are important places of preparation hence are sacred for us because we have to be worth in order to approve and deserve to continue until we get a respective reward or we are prepared for continue our path. A lot of people have different preparation and all have the same principle of success which is diligence. This principle is so important for a leader and I have learned by experience that we need to control each minute of our day because the problem that we have like human beings is to know how to execute the things correctly and the only thing we have to do is to keep moving no matter what happen. This is what I mean with diligence because if we continue looking for we goin to find the answers so thw last clue in this post is keep executing until you learn the correct for moving and find your goals.
