Week 7: Moral Principles

The value of the true is pretty big in these days because the current society is based on lies. We see all the time with product in the market, politics and school. What I think about is that if we keep these bad behaviors one day we will have to pay the bill of the lies, maybe it could take a long time but is fact. There is a line where you are true to everyone and you aren´t and we have to distinguish between being bold but without malice and bad with just lies.

Everybody lies each day, in fact is a habit of the human being is something sad but is the hard true. I have read a survey which says that we have like 3 to 10 lies peer days and what happen with it is that we lose the focus of the life because we are thinking all the time that our actions are correct and that we are taking right decisions when all is false. A big advantage of being true is that we are aware of our weakness and our strengths in the entrepreneurial road which is very necessary. The world is full of corrupt people that won success through lies and tricks but in the end is like a poor show because we know or they know that something is wrong, even having all the money of the world we like humans also desire good things in our life and be in peace with our soul and having a good rest each night because we are doing well.

Plato said once something about happiness and it is that is impossible to life the true happiness without practicing principles of virtue in our life and I am in accord with him. This week also I read an interesting article of Stephen R. Covey named the 7 habits that helped me to understand this point of view. Sometimes we take bad decisions like shoplifting or anything else because we have an inner problem that prevent us to having victories in our life and is because we prefer take a bad decision instead of commit a mistake. I very important to have mistakes in our life because we are learning through our fails and it allow us to grow in the world in all areas which includes business and human relation. The shortcut seems attractive and easy but at the end this going to be a burden in our way.
