Week14: I´ll continue doing it

This post could be the last or the first of all I did because I have finished the period in the university and the blog started as an assignment which I enjoyed a lot and sincerely is my prefer part of the week and is also a practice of what we have learned about to maintain records of our progress. I feel grateful for the opportunity to keep my records and I have seen how my blogs improved in relation with the first and that we are in a constant change of insights but maybe not of goals. With a lot of knowledge that I learned studying and trying to communicate it through this mean and also I will highlight about the principle to obtain experiences by working because at the beginning I didn´t have work and this was a reason of sadness for me in that time anyways I feel better with this issue because suddenly I get a job thanks to a lot of things that I studied here I enjoyed the book in special the first, The ministry of business by Steven A. Hitz which also brought me to another book named The richest man of Babylon and the content was almost the same about our savings and how these could help us to help us when we want to start up a business and the importance of having a worth tutor in the life who will help us in difficult moments with advices and that can help us through the experiences that he or she had.

The service is a principle that I found a lot of times in this period and something new for me to learn that we have to feel our job like service for others and our family, the world and everybody around .The discipline and some of the last knowledge I´ve received is that we don´t have to feel bad when we failed in that is normal to commit mistakes and at least if we going to fail we can do it great. Of all the assignments my prefer was the entrepreneur interview because I had the opportunity to confirm a lot of things that I saw in my readings and I also have the desire to continuing interviewing him asking his assistance in future opportunities  even if isn´t part of an assignment. Finally I will finish thanking to the readers even I know there are few and I apologize because of my English in this time I know that I´m improving and the blog have helped me a lot with this I hope to continuing keeping records of my progress maybe no so often but with the discipline soon I´ll see a great progress in my path.  

 

Week13: Developing talent

This week I have read the making of an entrepreneur by Randy Haykin and besides of a bunch of things I have learned there is something very interesting about the talent that I have realized.

Is interesting that having different and awesome talents since we are children no are important or relevant in the rest of our lives if we don´t want to practice of it. In any place I heard that discipline any day will defeat the talent and I am pretty sure that is true. Anyone with this talent could develop a lot of different and wonderful new skills if only are focus in what we want. Sometimes the people says that others have luck in business or in the live but this is not always true because the luck is just when the circumstances happens for our sake and we are working, moving or executing a work. I never have heard of someone that received a big reward by doing nothing. So let´s take advantage of this good opportunities by being prepared for this situations and it sure that soon we will receive a little bit of opportunities or in other words how I say I little of luck and I think that the luck to have success is believe in yourself.

Week12: Company or culture

I have seen a video of an entrepreneurial woman named Sarah Endline and I was stoned with her declaration in a part in which she said that when you are a leader you have the opportunity to create a culture in your company. She had the idea of a revolution in the world and is something creative of my point of view and is something that we need in several parts of the world for increasing our production and be out of poverty and this is why is important virtue and integrity important in an economy because with revolution of right things we will change the corruption that affect the economies in enterprises and even whole countries.

Sometimes I think we have to start a restoration of the things because is necessary to begin from zero and make what we have learned like when you are in the school and your essay or something have a stain and you can´t submit this so is necessary to restart the work but never give up of doing it.   I made a book report this week and I have few things I´ve learned but something relating with this topic that I want to highlight is that if we going to fail at lest we have to try doing great. With others readings I understood the justification of create business and it is to made an association of people and share the wealth one to another. There are a lot of problems in the world but we can ascend from worst sceneries just waking up and working no matter if we need a revolution or maybe start again with a restoration and this must to be our culture in the companies. 

Week11: Love for money

Few times before I wrote about the importance of keep balance in our life and this week I review similar topics. Reading Attitude on Money by Stephen W. Gibson I could understand better this issue and what most caught my attention was that money is not something good or bad as I was thinking but is power which will allow us to do thing

What kind of things we going to do it depends of the kind of person we are converted. The money in good hand will improve a good man in a better and in bad hand will corrupt a bad man in worse. Is interesting and in any sense sad because money reveal our desires and goals in life and is not bad to try of obtain better incomes but is but having an obsession and love for money. Other things that could prevent us to fall into greed isn’t think in money all time and instead of it to think how to generate money and improve our ways to serve others through this. Only 86% of people know perfectly how to obtain money and happiness. A counsel of a leader that I had that comes to my mind was try hard to get everything not just family or money or any goal,  he said me try everything at the same time with discipline and this I thing is something that those 86% people are doing. 

In summary my attitude for money have changed now I know is not bad but is power, to view money will affect me depending of my attitudes and desires before to obtain money and I thing the best rule to prosper with money is being happy before to obtain money and use it to help others a do good things.
